Leather

and then there are days like today when I would really like to fall asleep..

You know sometimes you need to adjust your stirrup length and you look down and the stirrup leathers are leather (not the sticky synthetic sort) and yet, no matter how hard you try, but buckle just won’t give- you really need it to go just one hole down for a more relaxed leg position but it just won’t give. And you try at this slightly short length and try and convince yourself it’s okay- but in the back of your mind you know it’s not and it bugs you..  Yeah. That feeling.
